Wool Felt Fascinator Hat
This perch is made from one of my hand sculpted ceramic blocks. The unique leather wrapped wire embellishment and deep purple dried flowers adorn the crown. The hat is finished with .5 inch leather trim. Two combs are sewn to the trim to attach to hair. This is not the actual hat, your hat will be fashioned as this one, with your choice of colors.
